massage

I meant to post about my massage last Friday. I had sat in front of the computer much more than usual the past two weeks and on my way home last Friday, my upper back, shoulders and neck were so tight, tense and generally achey. So I whipped into Massage Envy, and asked if they had any openings, which they did. The therapist was really good and I asked for a gentle relaxing massage, which is exactly what she did and it felt so good. My neck, shoulders, and back felt so much better.

That's the kind of massage I like to get...gentle and relaxing. I hate deep massages that hurt, lol! I'm so glad you got to go :D

That sounds great Gayle. I still haven't had one yet, but going to physical therapy, he, (yes he) massages my neck and shoulders, and shoulder blades and it feels soooo good. Till he presses a little too hard in a sore spot....lol

AHHHH. I just had one last night it was wonderful. My best friend gave me a gift certificate for a 1 hour massage. It felt sooooooo good. Found alot of kinks in my neck and shoulders too. Made another appointment for a month from now.
