Janet, having grandchildren is one of the best things in life. You'll find out one of these days!! I just can't believe how big they're all getting......and so quickly!! I thought that my kids grew fast but the grandkids have been even faster. I can't believe that I have three in high school.....as sophmores next year.......and a 7th grader.....a 5th grader.....and a first grader......and Dean still at home!!

The twins, Karlie and Kiley, have been active in all the sports this year......I didn't even try to keep up with all of their games and activities. Their pictures were in the paper quite a bit......that's small town for ya'!! They are such great kids......the others are too but the twins are really involved in so much!!

I don't think I'll live long enough to see grandchildren. At the rate Ricky is going if I ever do have them, they'll have to visit me in a nursing home. I wanted to be so much younger with grandchildren so I could have fun with them. Oh well.....I'll just have to live vicariously through all of you.

We found out this evening that Kiley placed 4th in the 2 mile run and will be going to state!! Karley was in a relay and will be going to state as well!! These girls amaze me with all of their talents!!

I think that they're going to state next weekend.......but we have a wedding we have to go to. It's kind of an odd situation......it's a man from church that's a little different and we're one of the FEW that he invited so I'm not sure what we'll do. I'll let Glen decide!!

The twins are such good students and as I said....involved in everything!! We're so proud of them!!

This running stuff doesn't come from my side of the family!! I have short legs.......thank goodness they have their Mama's long legs!!!

Janet, you are not nearly old enough to think that you are too old to enjoy grandchildren!

No Judy, I'm just saying by the time Ricky gets it in gear I'll be too old. Right now he doesn't date anyone and hasn't since he was a senior. He's 21 now and acts like he could care less about dating. He is either working, sleeping, in the garage or at a friends house working on some vehicle type thing.

My father used to set me up on blind dates! Maybe you can do that for Ricky. My Dad only set me up a few times, and only with very wealthy men! He was fun! One of the guys and I had a very nice summer together one year!

When Ricky finds the right girl things will change!!! He just hasn't found "The One" yet!!!

I found out yesterday that Kiley and Karley were both in the relay that's going to state so Kiley will run twice. One of her runs will be on Friday night. I hope that we can make it for that one......it will depend on how busy Glen is.

Oh....and Tammy's said that her clothes are starting to get tight. It's about time that she started showing......she's so tiny!! I'm ready to see a little Baker bump!!!
