Hi Girls, Sorry for being absent for so long. What with my dad, nursing home and medicaid. Anyway. My little boy (not so little) is getting married to his high school sweetie this Saturday. in other words in 3 days. He is 25 she is 24. They started dating May 26 2004. So they will be getting married on their 8th anniversary.
I am so happy for them both. She is the best. Very sweet kind and caring young woman and loves loves loves children. So friday night is rehearsal and we have the dinner at a local resturant. All the groomsmen are spending the night at our house on Friday night. This should be lots of fun. We are truly blessed. I just wanted to share. Praying they have a long and happy life together.

Thanks ladies it was a great long day. They are leaving tomorrow for their honeymoon. My son is a bit of a funny guy. during the ceremony when the minister asked him if he would take Kayla to be his wife, he looked at her, looked at the minister, let go of her hand and turned around to his groomsmen and got into a football like huddle and asked themif it was ok and they said yes so he turned around and grabbed her hand back and said I Do. The church was full of laughter. They are going to Florida for their honeymoon. Then back to reality. He starts his summer job as a mentor at the Blind school in Indianapolis. Kayla will be spending the summer here at home until August 1st. She is a nanny. They are both hopeing to get teaching jobs this fall.
