Finally bought some clothes..

I very seldom ever buy clothes but I finally had to do it..lol. All the jeans I have end up stretching out and looking so big and the same with my capris so today I bought just a few things until I lose more weight.

Ricky was needing underwear so while at Wal Mart I bought 2 pair of jeans, 2 pair of capris (one jean, one khaki) and two tops...all smaller sizes. I'll keep them to wear out and keep using the ones I have for home and the bus route. When I went to put on a pair of dress pants for church yesterday, they were so big looking and I wasn't about to wear them. I did find a pair that fit nice that I haven't been able to wear for a year or so...lol.. and wore them to church.

That will be all I buy until more weight comes off.

That's one of the worst things about losing weight......having to buy new clothes! I'm glad that you got you some new ones!! I usually look for clothes are garage sales and I have some to shrink into!! Having a few things means that I don't have to go out and buy a lot when I lose weight. Good going!! (And I'm glad that you went back to your church!! I really liked it! BYW--they sent me a nice letter saying they were glad that I visited!)

I know...it's expensive to lose weight... :D I like what I bought and even bought a flowered top, something I'm just not use to. Usually I buy plain colored tops. Guess I just felt like living on the edge.... :sidesplit:

I know I won't be buying any more clothing until I lose more weight.

That's great Janet!!! I completely understand. I honestly have two sizes of clothing. I'm only 5'2" so if I gain 10 lbs, I change sizes. I know the two sizes I fluctuate between so I just keep both sizes. I know it's crazy, but I do gain and lose and I can't afford to buy new clothes all the time.

I know....and before I bought the top....my friend Linfpda was giving me heck about always biting plain color...lol So with the two of you..I decided to try the wild side.

I know....everyone gives me a hard time. A fellow bus driver just told me the other day it was so fun giving me a hard time, because I usually give it right back.

Aww thank you ladies!!! I appreciate the compliment. I do like that shirt so maybe I'll just have to buy a few more. I love living on the wild side now that I'm here...lol.
