I found one!!!

My boyfriend, as most of you know from all my yapping, is a firefighter. When I met him I noticed a charm he always wore around his neck of the firefighter's maltese cross. I really liked it and would play with it a bit, but when I did he would act a little uncomfortable. Turns out he really likes the charm, but an ex gave it to him. So I set out to find him one and give it to him for Christmas...IT IS SOOOOO HARD to find those, or at least one that doesn't look cheap. I've been looking for months and couldn't find one.

Today my father reminded me of some jeweler friend of ours, I'm friends with both of his kids and my father built their house years ago. So I go to his store and guess what, WE FOUND ONE!! Not exactly what I was looking for, but close enough!! I'm sooo happy that I've finally found one, cause the blanket I got him cost $5 and I got him two books from work that were free, so I was feeling a bit cheap. He better like this charm cause I'm dropping a bit of cash on it and the chain.

Do you think he likes it because his ex gave it to him?? even if they are finished it may remind him of special memories?. You could not want to be with some one but want a speciel thing around you. Just worried for you as you have gone to so much trouble to find this pressy.
