Does anyone here take JuicePlus supplements? If so, how many of each kind (Garden Blend, Orchard Blend, Vineyard blend) do you take per day? How do you like it?
Here is the website for anyone who is interested:

I don't know about his Rebecca...taking a pill instead of drinking fresh juice...is it really safe? Pretty soon we'll all be eating pills instead of eating food. It kind of scares me to tell ya the truth. Have you done any further research....what are your thoughts on this? Also, would you have to check with a Dr. to make sure it would counteract any other meds someone might be taking?

They are all-natural and are consistent with a "raw" diet. My hubby looked at them and said they were fine to take. They contain lots of vitamin C and folic acid and my hubby is always on me about taking my folic acid but a multi-vitamin would interfere wtih my birth control pill so I was thinking about going this route for my vitamins. They would not interfere with my birth control pills since all they are is concentrated fruits and veggies. It would be just like taking a multi-vitamin.

Just read that blackeyed peas are high in frolic acid. Thought your inquiring mind would want to know. :p

I've never heard of these supplements. If you find a simple, easy to take recipe for health, please let us all know. I'm trying to do flax oil and fish oil, but keep forgetting to take them.

There was another thread about Flaxseed oil...I think this one sounds very good. Does anyone know where you can get this? Any store with a drug department or do you have to get it from a Health Store?

I know you can get Flax Seed Oil in drugstores in the vitamin isle. I've seen it there before.
Someone on YT said she used to take JuicePlus supplements and when she was taking them, her blood tests were coming back better. Since my hubby said they were good to take, I started taking them yesterday. I'll let you know what I think. :)

Just checked back on this thread, and don't understand what the edit feature was doing when I posted on the 4th. Has anyone else been having problems with 4WT? I had problems with it not responding a couple of times today.

no problems here with 4WT.
A little update for yall...Since I started taking the JuicePlus supplements a week ago, the only difference I can tell so far is that I'm more "regular." Not too many other changes so far. I'll keep yall updated. ;)
