Watch Comedy Central on Sunday!!

If you get Comedy Central there's a show coming on on Sunday called "Demetri Martin: Person" It comes on at 9pm Central Time. He's a stand-up comic that quit law school(I think it was Yale or Harvard so you know he's smart) to become a comedian. He writes stuff for John Stewart and David Letterman and he's only about 28-30 years old!

The guy is hilarious and if you listen close enough you may hear me laugh cause I'M IN THE AUDIENCE!!! It was one of the coolest experiences. He was really apologetic to us cause we were there til about 12:30am due to production mishaps and such, but then again he did al ot of inside type jokes when the cameras weren't rolling about the last time he was in Austin(where this one was filmed) and the place was roaring with laughter cause we could all relate. And what you see isn't some sort of memorized script, every time the director would tell him to do something over he'd say a different joke so we knew he was improving the entire thing!

So yeah, January 14th at 9pm Central Time on Comedy Central. Listen for me!! :cool:

Sounds like you had a great time Lissa. I love to laugh and love most comedians and a few sitcoms. I wrote it down, so hopefully I'll remember to watch. Tell us what you were wearing and where you were sitting so it will help us find you if the camera shows the audience.

I don't remember what I was wearing, but we are sitting in the middle of the audiance, about 7 rows back from the stage. We look like this:

Drat!! We missed it. Our big screen is on the fritz. We had to hook up a smaller TV in the living room directly to the cable. Seriously, there are about a dozen cables that connect to the back of the LCD TV. It did not have all the connections needed to work with the converter box, DVR & the system that we have. Not sure if we could even get Comedy Central straight off the cable, it may be one of the digital channels. I was packing for my trip today, bathing Zoe and mopping the floors.

Sorry, Melissa. Can you please check and see if it is going to be rebroadcast???? Maybe it will be on several times this month like some of the shows are these days???? Your dad is getting the big screen repaired as soon as possible. He can't exist without it;) ;) ;) . And Karen & I can't exist without the DVR working. Love you!!!!
