We have a winter storm warning from 6pm wed thru 6pm friday!
We're supposed to get up to another 18" of snow on top of the 18" we got last weekend. Holy moley! It's already hard to pull out of intersections because the snowbanks are taller than the cars so you cant see if there's traffic coming before you pull out.

I dread Thursday, because the person who's supposed to work with me lives 20 miles away, and her replacement is 16 miles away, so it could be neither of them will be able to get in.

You may not need to worry Tink, no one will want to get out in that stuff. Sorry you're getting hit so hard, but I'm sure glad it's not us!!:D

Tink, I'm sorry that you have to deal with another storm. Have you ever thought of movin farther south? Like........ Kansas, for example. I'd love to have you for a neighbor!

Diana, I think we'd have great fun as neighbors!

The snow has just started... a bit later than they predicted... so I'm hoping its less than predicted as well!

On the other hand, I kinda hope it snows so bad we can't open the bank in the morning. :D

So far the storms moving slower than expected, so we only have a couple of inches of snow, with a light mist falling and 33 degrees. It's supposed to rain than freeze up to an inch thick, then snow a foot or more. Oh boy! I hope theyre wrong. LOL

We're going to the bank, but local schools are closed, and the worst is yet to show itself, so who knows what kind of day it will be. I truly don't expect to see many customers today. I'm glad I only have to drive 2-3 miles to work!

Crossing my fingers that it will hold off till my teller gets back home as she has to drive 20 miles and has one major hill in between.

Even though it's only 2-3 miles, please drive carefully. It sounds like it will be really slick.

I made it home safely, and was glad the weather just kinda putzed along until about an hr before closing. Right now it's raining and snowing, and the wind is absolutely whipping the snow around. They're warning us we could get up to 2 feet of snow tonight.

My manager is supposed to come home from his training tonight, so he and I can work tomorrow. He's several hours away, so could end up not being able to get this far. I sure wouldn't mind not having to work tomorrow! ;)
