Hey everyone! I just found this site through the YT site. I'm excited to be here!

A little background info: I'm 21 years old, married to an amazing man (Brendon), we have a 1 1/2 year old Yorkie named Marty, we live in NE TN, we're both college students, I'm majoring in social work, and my job is to tutor early elementary children in reading. Anything else, just ask! I talk about pretty much anything!

The forums here seem a bit slow. Is this normal or has it just been recently?

Maybe I'm just used to the billions of members on YT. lol!

Yes, we are slow. We have 263 members compared to YT's 12,000-15,000 members. That's a big difference. We have a lot of members who have joined and hardly ever post, so yes, we are slow but we are a closer group then YT and we actually get to know each other better.

Personally, I felt lost on YT. I felt like no one actually got to know ME or cared if I was there or not.

I wish that we were a little more active and I feel that in time we will be but right now I'm enjoying getting to know the other members.

Hi AngieDoogles, so happy you have joined us. There have been quite a few join here lately and it's just what we need. It has been kind of slow lately, but sometimes it's hopping. Please feel free to start new threads and post in existing ones, maybe we can get this place moving again. Oh and we talk about darn near everything, just check some of the other posts....LOL

This is a smaller group here but it's more personal ~ We talk about everything from our joys to our sorrows. We just don't hold back, LOL. We discuss it all here.

Tell your other girlfriends about us and have them jump right in also. This site is full of support from one another and we don't feel judged. :rolleyes:

Hi Angie.... I want to welcome you 4wt, I am catching up on my posts...lol I to am a member with YT, I have a little grandbaby Gucci, but I consider her my baby..lol my daughter is away at school. I have been on YT for about three years , but I hardly go in there, its gotten to big and most of the times I feel like an outsider.. Enjoy your stay there are great women in here.. :)
