Please help, we dont know what to do???

I posted before about how my baby has Luxating Patella Grade 4!!! We just found out he has one of the worst cases theyve ever seen! He need surgery within the next week or hes going to get arthritis!! We dont have the money and the couple vets we talked to dont do payment plans!! I was wondering if you guys have heard if Care Credit, If you have do you know how to reac them, like a phone number or website???? Please help, we dont know what to do????

I to have not seen this post, I am sorry to hear that. I know first hand how stressful and expesnive, a sickness can be for the little furbabies. Let us know how you make out, my prayers are with you.
