Last night was so wonderful! The boys went camping and will be home on Sunday. They are only about 30 minutes from home, but last night I slept so good. I do get a much restful sleep when I sleep alone.

I'm hoping that when hubby has his surgery (says he'll schedule it after a weeklong campout in June) that I can talk him in to his own room. I think he'll sleep better too. Besides if he stayed in our room, he wouldn't get up until 8:00 AM and I usually have more than half the housework done by then. I can't see me waiting from 5:30 AM untill 8 or after before starting my day.

He'll probably not like the idea at all, but if we are to stay married during that 3 months recuperation, he'd better get use to it. I've been keeping a list of ideas that may help bring him around to my way of thinking. So when the times comes, I hope I've got a convincing plan.

I'm so glad you got a good night's sleep Janet. I'm sure it was much needed.

I hope you are able to convince your hubby that maybe you'd both sleep better during his recovery if you sleep separately. Good luck!

I'm hoping!! It's not that I want to really get 'rid' of him or anything, but I like to get up and get started so things get done.....and then I can be here....LOL

We understand girl. I also get frustrated if i get up, and cant get started with my daily routine, feels like my whole day is topsy turvy.

Lots of couples have separate bedrooms, and they get together when they get together. It can be quite romantic if you're not always sleep deprived!
