I have jokingly called my hubby my househubby for the past few weeks because (as I mentioned in another post) he's had lunch AND dinner ready for me everyday when I get home from work and he's done nearly all of the household chores recently. He's really been super sweet. So tonight we are celebrating by giving him the night off. We decided to have a date night so that he doesn't have to cook again and we can really enjoy each other's company. I really hope to make it a special night for him. :) So, tell me about your date nights!! What do you do to keep your marriage/relationship alive and strong??

Aww! That's so sweet! We try to eat together for as many meals as possible each day and it's one of my favorite times during the day. :) I also really enjoy our "before bed time". We spend an hour to an hour and a half just talking about the day or how we're feeling or anything that's on our minds. It really brings us closer. I wouldn't trade that time for anything in the world... :)

We do simple things to keep us alive LOL... We make "dates" to meet in a restaurant, or go out to have a drink. Go for long romantic walks in the woods, or on the beach. Have a glass of wine with soft music, and candles at home. Just silly little things to keep that sparkle :)

We don't do anything like that. We take our son everywhere we go for now...one of these days, he won't want to be with us as much.

Here's a pic of my hubby being sweet. He made an amazing dinner for me just after I got off yesterday! :) I love that guy... :smlove2:

The second pic is just random. My family was over tonight and we played Wii. I just loved this pic of my little sister.

Your hubby looks good in the kitchen. That's where you should keep him!!;) ;) ;)

Hope your date night went well. Hubby and I like to just get away together every so often. No kids, no pets, just us together in a different place where we can spend time together and doing things that we both enjoy. We both like to travel so we sieze an opportunity every so often to get away for a couple of days.

LOL! Unfortunately, I'm losing my househubby since he just finished training with his new job and he'll be working there regularly now. :( I will miss seeing him and eating lunch together on my break...
