Well here I am all alone and what am I doing? on the computer. Hopefully sometime today I will get busy and get things done and then have the rest of the week to relax. Keep your fingers crossed that all will run smoothly while they are gone.

I only have 10 dogs to take care of this week...Penny, Emilee, Gidget, Fancy, Joey and the pup left from Emilee's litter (leaving Saturday) and the four new puppies.

I'm bushed just thinking about it....LOL

Isn't it wonderful having some time to yourself though Janet? My dh left for the week, so I've got the place to myself this afternoon. Like you, I'm online. LOL

I loaded the dishwasher, picked up a bit, did a load of laundry, and decided that was enough for a bit. The house still looks like it needs attention, but whether I do it today or tomorrow isn't really going to matter. I'm going to take a break and hope you do too.

Maybe we can even find a time to meet in the chat room sometime this week? I'd love to chat with you!

Well, you two have a week off! How nice for both of you.

I have every day off and I love it, but it took awhile to unwind when I retired. I did nap a lot, and was online when I wasn't sleeping.

Enjoy whatever you do!

So far so good. The babies continue to gain, Gidget is being a great Mom. Joey, Emilee and Fancy are doing great and this coming Saturday the last little guy goes to his new home. I was a little wore out yesterday, but had a great nights sleep and looking forward to the rest of the week.

I had thought about cleaning good, but decided....NAH!!!! LOLOL I'm just gonna relax and take it easy. Maybe later in the week I'll clean...a bit.

The good thing about things like cleaning, laundry, ironing, etc. is that it all waits patiently until you get to it. It will never leave you!

I will be in the same boat in a few days. Emmie (my DD) is going to camp for 4 days. She will be 10 in a month and this will be her first time away(except for a sleepover). Last night I really got to thinking about it and I started to worry. I know I shouldn't but she is my only one and I can't really help it. It won't be that bad tho. One of the teens that she will room with cheers at the same gym. So they know each other. Plus she will know a few others who are going. I just hope she will be ok. I know how you must have felt with them gone. ((HUGS))
