Imagine you've been granted $5,000 to spend on yourself. If you spend one penny of it on anyone else, you lose it all, but what you buy for yourself is totally up to you.
What would you buy?

We built a new home several years ago and we had to do some dirt work in the back yard (that never got done) so my yard never has gotten finished out there. I would love to have a patio out back and land-scaping around the house. Does that count as being "just for me"? It's something that I really, really would like to have done.

If that doesn't count then I would want a cruise to somewhere warm and tropical.

Don't know if I could get it all for $5000, but I would love to have laminate flooring in every room except bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, some nice landscaping.
Probably what I need most is a personal trainer....lol

I would buy a Ashley Galaxy Durapella sectional sofa (it's a microsuede light tan sectional). I am currently saving for one it is right at $2000. Then I would try a spa... massage, manicure, waxing, facial & seaweed wrap. I've never been to one so not sure how much all that would cost. If anything was left, I'd go clothes shopping.

I would get a few new clothes and some furniture for our house and then some things for the dogs. I would try not to spend the whole amount. I would want to put some in savings in case there was an emergency with one of the dogs.

First thing, I'd buy my dream laptop. Don't need it, but just want it. ~$1,000.

Electrolysis sessions for my face. ~ $1,000. (Guessing. Never priced them.)

Color laser printer, all-in-one, network and memory card ready ~ $700.

Set aside ~ $1000. to pay for a cleaning lady whenever I want one to come.

Set aside ~ $ 500. for more Laura Mercier products when I need to reorder.

The other $800 would go for a gift card to the spa or gym for massages (wherever I could get the most for my money.)

Went through that rather quickly. Since we are dreaming, can we invest it first and grow our funds????

Ok Ladies I would spend my $ 5,000 on the following.

I always wanted a black Chanel bag so that is over a 1,000
I would have my steps and pavers redone in the front of my house.
Whatever is left I would put in savings..

I would use it for some things I want my cosmetologist to do, and then use the rest to pay off my Visa card so I can buy some more! Seriously, I hate owing money.
