View Full Version : My pups are getting BIG!
2000 This little doll is one I expect will turn silver because of the smidgen of white on his chin and under his paws.
2001 This is little female will be half mine... as I'm keeping breeding rights to her. I love her coat, her mellow personality and her soft pretty color.
2002 The pups have a blast wrestling and romping in the grass.
2003 The color and size ranges are getting more obvious with age.
2004 This is the little Einstein of the litter. He learns everything first. He definitely stands out by his intelligence and his pretty apricot color.
2005 Little Einstein is a stocky boy... the picture's unclear but still shows his considerable bulk. LOL

I sure wish I was up there with ya Tink, playing with those pups. They are so pretty.
They're so beautiful, Tink. They look healthy and strong too.
Congratulations on a job well done.
This little guy had me kinda worried. He's tiny, white, has more a poodle shaped head and looked like he was going to have the sleek lab coat... not a look I would like in an adult dog!
So I'm now thrilled to see he's sprouting doodle hair on his face! If you look around his eyes, across his forehead and nose, and under and around his lower jaw, you can see the longer hair starting to fill in. His body coat is getting longer now too so he should fill out nicely.
WHEW! He's gonna be a shaggy dog after all!

They all look so cute, no nothing about this breed will they mault or will they have to have hair cuts?
Highlans, some will take after their poodle father and not shed... others will take after their lab mommy and shed, but no where nearly as bad as a pure lab does.
Mine all have straight or wavy coats, none with tight poodle curls... so they won't require the daily grooming that a poodle does. Being brushed weekly should suffice. Some may have the hair that continues to grow and need to be clipped occassionally. It really can vary based on which parent they favor.

Highlans, I've men quite a few brits who have Labradoodles. I actually have been on a few sites of breeders of them from there too. Keep your eyes open and you'll see em... they're around!
