Just wanted to mention that I tutor all sorts of things. I started it as just part-time, a bit of extra money always good in the budget and now it supplies at least half our income. If anyone wants ideas on doing it - ads, agencies, subjects that are easy to add to the list of what you provide, how much to charge... I would be glad to tell you how I do it.

Just getting old enough to have done enough to know a few things!

Sometimes, surviving life means changing your expectations so much that you have to grow to become whatever is needed as opposed to whatever you imagined. I know I am not alone on 4WT in having gone through the fire.

Yeah, I have to jump in our near by river to put out those fires I've gone through. ;)

Well... I do tutor over the internet in chats and on the phone. People scan their assignments in and email them to me. I print it out and we get to work. I really enjoy it as I get to work in all sorts of different subjects that way.

We can always have a group in a chat room!

Really, anyone stuck on anything, if I can help, let me know. I don't always charge money - half my students pay, the other half are freebies - friends who are back in school as adults and just need some help now and then. Some of them I have met online and we just keep each other going.
