View Full Version : Is anyone done Christmas shopping yet?

I HATE malls and busy stores, so always try to get my shopping done early and as much of it bought online as I can. My goal was to be half done by last Friday, and I had gotten 15 of 26 people bought for that day. I'm now at 17... so I'm right on target for now.

So is anyone else getting done yet?

I keep wanting to go out, and start shopping for Christmas, but see other things, and forget all about the reason i was at the mall

If I get anything, it will be for my sister, my students and my guys, and three neighbor gifts. If I have time, I'll start painting things for them.

Do you go to Gander Mountain, Tink?

(I want a tiny, featherweight laptop - anyone have Santa's ear cause it will take some intervention from outside my budget for that to happen!)

I wish i had a clue what they want, maybe i should give them a pen, and paper, to make a "wish list"

I keep thinking that I'm going to get out and get started on my Christmas shopping but we've been so busy lately. There hasn't been anytime to go out of town. I do have some ideas on things to get on e-Bay.

I have a few people done, I also have a few other people that I know what I'm getting them, I just haven't gotten it yet. I'm a bit of a planning/always be prepared freak though...

I'm about half way done! I've never started this early, but I am just not up to facing Christmas crowds this year. I'm hoping to be completely done before Thanksgiving!

Done I didn't even start yet. Girls you are sooo good...I haven't even thought about it. Actually I am thinking of giving gift cards to most. I can't be bothered with the crowds. My two always want presents under the tree so that will be the gift buying..lol I say that for now , catch me in Dec... lol

I have been having great luck lately finding the best prices for things on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com). Whether it's books, cookie sheets, supplements, specialty foods or baby gifts, it's been getting my money (when I have any!).

46 shopping days left. I'm not sure if I am ready for all this madness yet.

I haven't started my shopping, but I am anxious to find out what my son would like to have. I love surprising him too. As he gets older, he waits till the last minute to give us a list.
