I don't know if you guys can help or not. I got a tattoo on sat.; a flower on my big toe & i can't help thinking i made a mistake. It's not the tattoo was done bad or that I don't like it. I just feel like maybe i shouldn't of done it at my age & stage in life. I know i'll get over it, but for right now I'm making myself absolutely sick over it. I haven't slept in two days....i can't eat & when i do eat i throw up. I've told myself to stop doing this to myself it's not that big of a deal. and like my husband says it's done now. But it's still making me crazy.

It's just a toe - no worries. Hopefully tomorrow you will have a better outlook on this.

Wait a day or so and if you still don't feel comfortable...have it removed. Don't beat yourself up over it. Even though I don't care for most tattoos, I bet it is really pretty..take a picture and show it to us.

Yeah my husband's been telling me this for two days. I'm just one of those people that over analyze everything.

I will try. Supposedly toe tattoos kinda go away on there own after a few years due how quickly your skin replenishes on your feet. I also found that you can do a chemical peel on the area & it could fade or remove the tattoo. I've asked my facialist what her thoughts on that are, but have yet to here back. I took my shoe off today at lunch and stared at it. I still think it might not have been the best decision ever, but it is cute. I'm just afraid of what my mom will say, but she's yet to say anything about my other two, even though i know she doesn't approve. I guess that free spirit part of me is starting to die. No more expression permanent marks for me that's for sure.

Oh, so you have had two other tattoos. Atleast you are not in shock with this being your first one.

You were talking about "free spirit"...That never has to die. :p

Just put a sock on it and give it some time. It's not like it's a huge thing that's going to be hard to cover up. My husband and daughter over analyze things too so I can understand how you're feeling.

By the time summer arrives, you will love it, if it's something you have been wanting for a while, you will enjoy it.

Yeah I've wanted it for a at least a year if not longer. I just get buyers remorse alot lately. My husband is very good with money so I second guess everything i spend money on now. it makes me crazy.

I think it looks fine. I personally would want one just a tad smaller and more colorful...and me...who doesn't really care for tattoos...go figure..lolol. It really is nice.

I like it! Small and cute. I don't think anyone would really notice or think badly of you. Are you starting to like it better now?

I'm getting there. like my hubby says, it's really easy to cover up even in sandals & the new peep toe styles which i love. and like my hubby says it won't hurt my chances of getting a job or anything. I'm just trying not to stress over it anymore. it's done. what you gonna do?

You're right. It wouldn't at all affect your chances for a job. Professional shoes usually cover more of your feet anyway and they wouldn't even see it! It's hard to just "not stress" over something, but I know you can do it! Stress is so unhealthy and your tattoo is really very cute, so you have nothing to worry about. :)
