I don't know what happened to you but I find that I'm checking on here quite often through the day. I always think "just a small break, that's all I need"!!!!!!

Mandy - that happens to me all the time I'm doing something and just kind of wander off to do something else, and completely forget about the first thing.

It's really only bad if you leave the water running or you're cooking. Otherwise, I kind of like this phase of floating through life.

Gotta have a sense of humor!

Oh I do the same. I will sit down at the pc to key in a bill or whatever. Then I will think "oh just one check on 4wt to see what's happening". It's all over at that point. :D

I'm probably the worst in the world about that Mandy! Just tonight, I was wrapping presents and somehow I ended up playing with the furbabies for over an hour. :eek: Needless to say, only a small portion of the presents are wrapped. lol

I always have to check and make sure everyone is okay here. So I'm always stopping what I'm doing and checking in here and some at YT.

It happens no matter what I'm doing though...I usually get interrupted with something else. Love the variety I guess...LOL

Count me in too. First thing every morning... last thing every night, and however many times during the day I have the chance I'm in here seeing what's going on. LOL

Maybe we all need a 12-step program for internet junkies? Heck of it is, we'd only attend if it was online! :sidesplit:

I'd do a 12-step online program, but I doubt it would work. LOL. Gotta have my 4wt!!!

I'm not interested in a 12 step program if it means that I wouldn't be chatting with all of you!!!! You guys really brighten my day and I look forward to being on here, even if it's too much.........Ok, it IS every time my husband walks in the door, but I'm learning to shut it down really quick and run to the laundry room so he won't see that I'm on here again..........but I don't have an addiction, I'm just on here A LOT!!!!!!!..........I really don't have a problem!!!!!

LOL!! I do the same thing. I listen very carefully and run to the laundry room if I hear hubby coming up stairs. Look at it this way - atleast we get the laundry done! :D

I told mine that I do that because he always made me feel like I was in trouble when he found me on the computer and I don't like to hide anything from him. Now he'll ask me, very jokingly, if I ran from the computer!!!

My husband can stand and talk to people for hours. He can waste a whole morning talking so I told him that I wouldn't complain about him talking if he won't complain about me being on the internet!!! So far it's working. He's a wonderful guy but he gets grouchy once in a while.
