Has anyone ever orderd from Pure Canine? I placed an order for petsilk shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. I placed my order on the 15th of December. I received a confirmation of the order and the money has been taken from my account. I haven't received my product yet. I have e-mailed and, just tried calling them (got a voicemail...didn't leave a message) I did get an invoice# and a tracking#. I tried the tracking# on UPS but, it comes up and unknown tracking#. Does anyone know how these products are shipped so I can track it? I do realize that with Christmas it may take longer but, how long does it usually take to receive from them?

Thanks everyone!

Brenda

Hmmmmm......I don't know. I've never ordered from them. If you ordered on the 15th I would give it a few more days. Ordering stuff right before Christmas can take a while. You might try calling UPS and see if they might help you with your tracking number.

I would give it a few more days, mailservices are overloaded at this time of the year. I order my petsilk products locally, and recieve it the next day, ive never bought from that place.

I think I answered this on YT too. It hasn't been a week yet, so please be patient. She's probably just got a lot of orders and with the Christmas mailings and all. You should still probably get it in 5-10 days. She really is pretty fast and trustworthy. I've ordered the Petsilk products from her and she's excellent to do business with.

You're welcome Brenda...I know when I order from someone new, I get a little nervous sometimes. But with Pure Canine, you don't need to be. Have you tried the Pet Silk products before? I love them. Probably about once or twice every couple of months I use it too. Makes my hair soooo soft.

Morning Janet!

No. I have never tried pet silk products. Sadie's hair is so coarse and dry that it keeps breaking! I thought maybe the pet silk would help with that...You said it makes "your" hair soft...do you use it on yourself?

Yes, I've been know to use it once in awhile myself. Works really good and makes my hair so healthy looking and soft.

Have you rec'd your order yet? I hope the holidays haven't screwed things up for you.

I love pet silk. I use it on Katy after every bath (I sneek some for myself). I saw that Connor posted that he was a little behind with orders. Hopefully he sent yours out. He was really great when we had our meetup in the summer. He sent gift bags and sent us some door prizes.

Just wanted to let you all know that I did receive the pet silk and, do love it! However......I THOUGHT I was buying a leave-in-conditioner....well....it's not! I washed the girls, and conditioned them.....then I sprayed them with (what I thought was) the leave in.....It's a finishing spray! like a light weight hair spray!! I couldn't figure out why it was so hard to brush them out!! Now I have to give them another bath!! Next time I better read better!!

I am sure you figured out by now the leave in is the liquid silk serum. Thats the one I use.

I'm so glad you rec'd your PetSilk items. I'm sorry you had to wait, I usually never wait very long from Pure Canine. It had to be because of the holidays.

I love the liquid silk serum!! I've never been real big on the conditioners that you leave in..seems to me that it attracks dirt too much.

Is the silk serum like the silk products for people that come in a small bottle and you just use a dab and leave it in? If so, does it make their hair look oily??

I'm very interested in the silk products for Zoe and Chase. I'm using baby shampoo on their faces and on Zoe using Pantene ProV one step shampoo and conditioner together & for Chase a medicated dog shampoo because our groomer says he has a yeast on his skin. Yeast is common here due to the humidity. Even humans get it on their skin. I've had it before & humans use cortozone creams to get rid of it.

Guess I need to get back on YT, but there are some many posts there, it's kinda overwhelming!!!

It does get overwhelming at YT sometimes. The silk serum does come in a small bottle and you use just a dab. I squeeze as much of the water out of their coats that I can and while still wet...I put a little more than pea size in my palm, rub my palms together and then wipe it all over the dog. It makes them so soft and shiney, but mine never look greasy. It could probably happen if I would put too much on, but so far I'm been lucky. I like the Clean Scent and Rainforest in the PetSilk Shampoo and Conditioners. My babies will smell good for almost a week.
