Info on Diets

I saw a show this morning about Shapely Secrets so I went to the internet to see what has been said about it. Anyway, I ran across this site that has info about a lot of different diets. I thought that some of you might find it interesting.

Remember when we talked about the patch that goes on your feet. It says that it works and recommends it!

I think that website is so interesting. I forgot all about the foot patch, but ya know...I think I'm going to try it. I have so much pain in my body at different times and I just wonder if it would help that too, besides getting rid of all the toxins. Maybe I still have some smoker residue left in my body too. Who knows. Thanks Diana!
