Did you know that bread is delivered fresh to the stores five days a week? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each day has a different color twist tie. They are: Monday = Blue, Tuesday = Green,! Thursday = Red, Friday = White and Saturday = Yellow So if today was Thursday, you would want red twist tie; not white which is Fridays (almost a week old)! The colors go alphabetically by color Blue- Green - Red - White -Yellow, Monday through Saturday. Very easy to remember. I thought this was interesting. I looked in the grocery store and the bread wrappers DO have different twist ties, and even the ones with the plastic clips have different colors.

Those are some great tips!!! About the only one I can think of right now is Apple Cider Vinegar for a sunburn. It take the "fire" out real quick and turns the redness to a tan a lot faster. I've actually done this one. :)

Great list RLC... Ya know I just saw an episode of "Mythbusters" and they were doing the Coke will degrease your car engine myth and I was sorry to see it was totally busted. It would seem that it would work but alas the grease remained. I still won't drink it though.

Lighter fluid works great to take the glue off that is left when you remove a label.
Cut onion rubbed on a bee or wasp sting makes it stop hurting.
My daughters read a list of things that Coke would do, and a few years ago, I came home to Coke in the toilet, soaking. They thought that would clean the bowl. FYI, it doesn't work. :)
