I did cheat last week (2 cheeseburger dinners), but again gained 0.6 lbs, which is what I gained 2 weeks ago. I hung out to speak with my leader. She said to try switching around the content of my diet.

I have to have 6 points of milk, 2 points of oil, 6-8 points of carbs, 4 points of protein and 2 points of fruit/day. I'm allergic to milk and I have no idea why I didn't tell her! I think I was so upset I went blank.

I've lost 2.4 pounds total in 6 weeks. I only wanted to lose 10 pounds total, and only have 18 points/day. I told her that I really don't want to maintain this rigid a diet after I lose. She said not to worry about it - they'll add points when I reach my goal. My real goal is just to get rid of the "muffin top" I've developed this year.
I don't know how many pounds it will take. It's smaller, but not gone yet.

I'm not happy! But, I had an apple and about 2 big tablespoons of fat free cottage cheese for lunch. It was really good I'm going to substitute fat free cheddar cheese for the slice of bread I have in the morning. I already take a flax seed oil pill every day, so maybe I'll take another one.

It's really hard when there's just a little bit to lose. I had an easier time losing 30 pounds 6 years ago!

Thanks - I just want to see some loss. It's going to be slow, but gaining is ridiculous.

I had some weeks like that on WW. Overall, though it worked for me. I just need to get motivated and start again!!

Check out Janet's last WW post! That might motivate you.

Judy, sweetie, I'm sorry you're having a rough go, maybe you forgot to pee before getting weighed. I always go in, say hi to everyone and then hit the bathroom..lol.

You'll get there...it's just that for me...I'm so heavy that it is going to come off pretty good for awhile if I follow the program. Once I get a lot of it off, it will become much harder. I'll just have to really get into exercising whether I want to or not.
