I have a recipe for a meat loaf made w/ turkey. I know what your thinking: gross, bland, anemic, rubbery. I made this for four people & they all thought it was beef & they all wanted more. I was very suprised.

Turkey Meat Loaf

2 med. garlic cloves, minced Step 1: Place in skillet, cook til softened
1 tsp. oil not browned
salt

1/2c. milk

1/2. tsp thyme,dried(2tsp. fresh minced) Step 2: Mix together in a bowl, & add
2 tsp. Dijon mustard onion mixture,turkey, b.crumbs, &
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce parsley. Shape into a 5x9 loaf on a
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce sheet, not in a loaf pan.
1/2 tsp. black pepper

2 lbs. 93% lean ground turkey (not 99%, will be dry & grainy)
1-1/3c. fresh bread crumbs( cut 1 in. cubes)
1/4c. fresh minced parsley

1/2c ketchup Step 3: Mix together, brush on loaf
1/4c. packed lt. brown sugar Bake at 350 for about 40 min. or til

Thanks, with me being on WW I think I could have a little of this and be healthier than the beef.

I see the instructions that were beside the ing.'s got pushed together when I submited this, now it's hard to see, I hope you can decipher it. I don't think I can go back and fix this.
