I heard that now is the time of year to find great deals on electronics, so I decided to do some checking. You have got to check out www.TigerDirect.com (http://www.TigerDirect.com). I bought Melissa's laptop there for Christmas, and my only complaint was that they support breast cancer research, so their shipping boxes are bright pink. Here's my complaint. I got home from work the day Melissa's laptop arrived to find a hot pink box on my door mat with the end of the box announcing to the world that they had the best deals around on laptops!!! I about died. Felt so fortunate that the package was still there!!

Here's some links to check out on their summer sales:

Janet you wanted a GPS: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3331768&sku=T529-0024&CMP=ILC-RNV-DOD

How about a 2 GB SD card for $8.99 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3860608&sku=P33-7024&cm_re=Homepage-_-Spot%2009-_-Memory%20Cards_P33-7024

Or a 2 GB Hewlett Packard USB 2.0 Flash drive for $8.49 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3876556&sku=H19-2002&cm_re=Homepage-_-Spot%2010-_-USB_T555-1044

Just had to share!!!

Hubby found a 50" 1080P LCD TV at Circuit City for less than $1000.

You won't find deals like these around Christmas, not without limited quantities available anyway.

Thanks Marilyn. I haven't had a chance to look through the whole site, but I know I am going to order the SD card for $8.99. I think my husband wants one too. I'll be checking it out better tomorrow, it's already 11:30 PM and I'm going to head to bed here in a few minutes.

Oh I must be more technically challenged than I thought...LOL...I haven't heard of the braintrainer and I don't know what is a Nintendo DS. I know what a Nintendo is, but is a DS a handheld game? Will it make me remember things better...I need so much help with that...lol
