That Time Again!!

Okay ladies...who wants to come a spend a few days with me????? The boys are leaving for Scout Camp on Sunday (6-22) morning about 7:30 AM and won't be back until Saturday (6-28) afternoon some time.

I'm game for just about anything you want to do...so come on over!!!:)

This morning I got up and went to an auction. One of my favorite auctioneers passed away and it was his furnishings and misc. His son-in-law is someone I worked with at one time and it was pretty difficult for him to get through the introductions. They were very close and did all their auctions together. He had great things to say about his FIL, who got him interested in being an auctioneeer too.

I didn't purchase anything. Things seemed to go quite higher than what you could get them in the store. I did get to see and visit with a lot of people I hadn't seen for awhile so that was especially nice.

I started to go to Wal Mart (so I wouldn't have to make a special trip tomorrow for some groceries) but remembered Ricky had to go to work at 2:00 so I hurried on home. He won't get home until 9:30 and I wanted to be able to spend as much time with him as I could. I thought they were leaving at 7:30 in the morning, but they won't leave here until 8:30. I usually look forward to the quiet time, but for some reason...not this time. I hope it's not an intuition thing going on.

The guys left this morning at 8:40 AM. I am officially on my own for the week.

So far today I got all the laundry caught up. Washed down the porch in between the house and garage, changed the bed clothes, moved a few things out of my sons room (I'm going to paint it), and I cleaned out our mud room. I don't think I've cleaned it for nearly 3 - 4 months and it was awful! Looks nice now though.

Tomorrow I will do my banking, get some groceries for me and pick up some paint and supplies. Then I'll tape things off and finish moving some things out so on Tuesday, I'll get up and start painting.

This evening, I went and a picked up a pizza. I had a couple pieces and a Bud Light and I'm very content at the moment.

Don't worry about me ladies...I've made up a list and hopefully I'll get most, if not all of it done. I'm kind of looking forward to having some things finished around here. So, I'll be in and out of here during my breaks...LOL, and then probably of an evening. Hope you all are having a great Monday...it's beautiful here in central Indiana.
