I'm going to my daughters for a couple days again. She could use some help unpacking and getting things in order in her new house, so since I still have Katie and Josh here, I might as well take advantage while I can and get away. So if I don't post for a few days, you all know why.

I sold my last 9 week old female puppy today, so that's a relief. I'm down to just the black boy left from that litter. I figure he can hang out and keep Gypsy company till I get back.

Take care and cya soon!

Thanks all, I just got back a bit ago.
We made a huge improvement in the piles of belongings. I can see why my dd was overwhelmed. Her movers turned out to be ALL men... family and friends... and instead of packing according to room and labeling the boxes, they just picked up whatever was in reach and would fit and tossed it all together. We found clothes, Cd's, kitchen items, shoes, and toiletries all mixed up in huge trash bags and so ended up having to go through every one of them and sort things to get them put away. Her new family room is 13 x 21 and was filled with boxes and bags like that. All together we spent over 20 man hours to make sense of their chaos and tht was without even getting things put away.

My SIL collects dragons items and so has swords etc... their 3 yr old had found one of them, removed it from it's sheath and dropped the sword on her little toe, so we nearly had to take her in for stitches. Luckily we did finally get the bleeding stopped and decided nothing vital was cut. It's no wonder my dd needed her momma... lol I brought my own for reinforcement! lol Between the 3 of us we managed to make sense of the chaos.

Welcome back Tink!

WOW, your grandbaby could have been hurt really bad!!! That must have scared you all to death.
Very glad to hear you got it under control with no stitches.

Men. Sounds like you guys had a huge mess to sort thru. I hope you let them know how much more work they added to the move!
