Wii Fit...

I have to get rid of some of this baby fat! Oh and my baby is 14 years old! Ive been holding on to it long enough. So I thought I would watch what I ate and try this wii fit for motivation...Anyone else use it?

I've heard it is wonderful. I just didn't want to spend $90 to exercise...LOL. There was a demo I saw on the Internet and it looked like soooo much fun.

Girl!!!:DI have been holding on to that same baby fat for 11 years too. I guess I just didn't want to let go yet.. :yelrotflmao: We had thought about getting it. I just don't know enough about it. If you get itlet us know how it goes. I would love to loose this baby fat. Then I would be able to think about some new baby fat...;)

My sister has the Wii games, she loves it!! Her kids also love it..

Woo Hoo...I got up this morning and I was soo sore, But got on the wii fit anyway, and I lost 1 1/2 pounds! I know it's not alot but hopefully it is the start of something good! I'm going to try to increase my use little by little! I think if I can shed a pound for every year I have been over weight that would be a good start! So I started with 14 and I have 12 1/2 to go! Help! :o

My 12 year old granddaughter got a Wii Fit yesterday for her birthday (she already had the Wii game system) and it looked really fun. Kids just don't get enough exercise these days. She had a ball with it. I hope she continues to use it!

If i know the WII Fit works, i'll get one, anything is better then going to the gym in tights having to look at those girls with great bodies while feeling like a michelin myself!!

So funny Mandy!! I don't think it's the Wii Fit that works...it's the person doing it.....LOLOLOL!!!! My son has the Wii game system and I would love to have the Wii Fit, but not in my budget...maybe I ought to ask for it for Christmas or something. I love doing the sports on the Wii...especially the bowling and archery.
