Emilee's Big Belly

Here are a couple pics of Emilee. I took these this morning. Poor thing is due the 9th and I take her on Friday for x-rays to see just how many puppies are in there and how big. She is big clear up to her chest this time, the other two times just her belly.

She is huge! How many pups does she usually have? I've never had mine xrayed. My vet is a save your money and wait to see doctor. More puppies - I love having new, living/growing things around me. Good luck!

I always have her x-rayed so that I know how many puppies and their size and how they are laying...head first or feet first. In her previous two litters, she has had 5 puppies but one as always passed within 24 hours. One was way too tiny and the other had intestines on the outside.

She is gorgeous, all your kids are gorgeous. Emilee is huge, looks like she's got 2 sets of triplets in there.

Poor little Emily! She does look so full! I bet that she has a big litter this time. I can't wait to hear how many she's expecting!

Me too. I get a little shaky just thinking about Friday. I can't wait to find out. I hope there is not a big one in there. She has been a free whelper and a wonderful mother. This may be her last litter, so I hope she has a very easy whelping....only 9 more days...YAY!!

Jesssse, don't think I can go through another puppy watch. On YT, the thread was titled, "Is tonight the night?" I spent days waiting. Did you see it?? She had 4 beautiful pups.

you sure were right about her being big this time. I can't believe it is almost time already, seems like the time just flew by this time. Good luck can't wait to hear what the x-ray says and i hope everything goes smooth for everyone.

Thanks all, she does love having her belly rubbed. Now Gidget...when she is pregnant, will not let you rub her belly but for maybe 30 seconds. Emilee...she'll follow you and when you stop....she'll roll over and present that belly for you to rub. So funny!
