I don't know what time Oprah comes on for all of you, but she comes on here at 4:00 PM. The show is about saving money. It shows one couple who has a cell phone bill of only $5 a month, fixing meals for $4 ...etc. I'm anxious to see what kind of tips I might be able to use.

I need all the help I can get! I had planned to take Libbee & Sweetee to the Vet today, but they can wait until tomorrow. I took Yankee yesterday for his yearly and he was mad at me for a couple hours.

Well I wasn't all that impressed with the show. I was hoping they would have all these great ideas and they did, but I already knew about them. It's trying to implement them that is hard, especially if your other half isn't wanting to give up a dime.

Okay if I can remember it....

One lady was having electric bills from $150 on up depending on time of year. She now unplugs anything that she is not using at the time. That includes if she is not watching TV it's unplugged, because even if it's plugged in, it still uses electricity. Her bill went down to $60 some dollars.

One couple pays $5 a month for cell phone service. She found it online. So many minutes for $15 for three months. The good thing is the minutes rollover.

One lady was using coupons for groceries...I can't remember exactly how she did it all, but her bill came to $175 and she only had to pay less than $50. You can probably learn more if you go to her website. Some of the ideas take a lot of work, but you save hundreds.
