I have given up! My house is so upside down that there is no point in dusting.
I tried to straighten up today. It was a waste of time. I guess I just have to wait it out. Steve said 2 more weeks, so figure 3.

1. downstairs bathroom
2. upstairs bathrom
3. living room
4. living room

Oh Judy...I must say I would be losing my mind!!!! I don't know how you're doing it. I am such a neat freak..I mean my place is lived in, but organized. You must have patience galore girl!!!

Love that flooring. The good thing is...I can tell it's going to be beautiful when done.

Oh, Judy, don't know how you can handle this. I've never lived with a remodel project going on. Your new floor is very pretty!!! I'm sure the finished product will be well worth your patience now!!! I'm surprized you can find your yorkies though.

I know that it's fustrating to live in a place when you're remodeling it! I've never done a whole house like that but I did my kitchen once. It was awful!! The appliances were in the middle of the room and in the living room and I was washing dishes in the bathtub!!! Dust was everywhere and it was like that for weeks but it was definitely worth it in the end. Keep your chin up and just keep looking for the light at the end of the tunnel!!!!

I've just about given up trying to even be organized. At this point, I'm just waiting until they finish. They are finishing the downstairs bathroom today! They put in the vanity, which is gorgeous. Now they are painting the walls.

I'll take pix later.

Diana, at least I don't have to wash my dishes in the bathtub!

I can imagine it's very frustrating to live in the middle of a remodelling. I'm a neat freak, so I'd lose my mind. But, I bet it will be beautiful in the end and be so worth it!

Why didn't you just have a home built? Better yet, rent a hotel room until they are done.
I would be just NUTS.

OMG, What are you doing while they are making your house beautiful? Are you there watching or are you getting away?

OH BOY!! how you are handling this being so close to the holidays I have NO idea!

I remember one year, my mom decided she wanted to redo the kitchen in my old house. I was working full time, going to school at night and working part time. Plus my kitchen was torn apart and Christmas eve with the whole family was at my house. I was mental! I'll never put myself through that again! haha

I hope its all put together for you in 2 - 3 weeks! :)
