View Full Version : FIL Passed away

I had wrote in the prayer section about my father in laws condition, today he passed away. Thank God he didn't suffer to long. It is horrible when things like this happen especially around the holidays. He will be laid out over the weekend and his funeral will be next Monday. He was a nice man and lived to be 86 yrs. old, he was a young at heart up to last year he was going to functions and still dancing..

Oh, I'm so sorry! It is hard at the holidays, I know. It sure sounds like he lived a full and happy life!

Gina, I'm so sorry for the loss of your father-in-law. Even though we know the end is coming, it's never easy. I will keep you, your husband and family in my prayers.

Gina, I, too am sorry to hear about your FIL's passing. It sounds like he was quite active and I'm sure that he's left you with a lot of happy memories. I'll say a prayer that God will comfort you during this time of loss.

Gina, so sorry about your loss. Hope the funeral went well and was everything you wanted and he would have appreciated!!!!

Gina have only just read this thread, so sorry for your loss.
My father in law passed away on the 3rd Jan it was very unexpected he got a cold that went to his chest, he went to hospital but there was little they could do for him. We were with him when he passed which was a comfort to my hubby as his mum also died august but we were on our way to hospital when she died.
