I'm shooting a wedding tomorrow that will probably be pretty sad. They were originally going to get married in the summer, but the groom's mother's health is declining rapidly and they really want her to be at the wedding, so they moved it to tomorrow. They're still having the big ceremony this summer (and I'll be shooting that one too), but tomorrow will be just the bride and groom and close family. I can't imagine starting out on such a sad note. :( Please keep them and the groom's mother in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow.

Oh, Angie, this is so sad. I can't imagine marrying now and doing it again in the summer under these circumstances. The wedding in the summer, if the mother has passed will be so sad. It's nice that they would make the decision to marry now though so that she can be there. My heart goes out to all.

I thought this wedding would be really sad, but it was one of the sweetest, most heart-felt ceremonies I've ever witnessed. The bride and groom were PERFECT for each other. They were an amazing couple. The groom has a 4 year old daughter who was involved during the entire ceremony. The bride (her new step-mother) even recited vows to the little girl to love her, teach her right from wrong, be the best parent she could be for her, and so on. Then she gave her a bracelet as a sign of the commitment. The pastor then asked the little girl if she accepted the bride as her new mommy and she enthusiastically said "I DO!" It was such a sweet moment. The bride and groom both cried.
After the ceremony, the bride, groom, and daughter walked down the aisle together. I rushed from the balcony to be able to get a shot of them going through the sanctuary door and to catch the tender moments in the hall. They bride grabbed the groom's hand and said "Savannah looks absolutely beautiful tonight." He looked her straight in the eyes and said, "You both do." I had to hold back tears.
I'm sad that they'll be losing the groom's mother soon, but they seem to have accepted it and were just happy that she got to see them get married. I can't wait to shoot their next ceremony with all their friends.

It sounds like it was a sweet ceremony. We had a young friend that got married to a woman who had a little girl and they did a ceremony that was similiar except he gave her a necklace. It was very touching.
What a lovely marriage. It is very sad about the groom's mom though. It is good that she got to see their beautiful ceremony.

I'm sorry about your friend's son. So young, and so tragic.

This person has a Youtube address onhis/her profile associated with establishing
relationships (?) with Russian women.
Why put irrelevant posts here? Maybe he/she needs to get a life?
