Remembered to make a few pictures while they were all in for the holidays! Left to right: Andrew with Baylor in front, Abigail with Brandon (bedridden), Delaney holding Bree, and Christian holding Sarah.
Andrew, Brandon, Christian and Delaney are my daughter, Laura's.
Abigail and Sarah are my son, Jeff's.
Baylor and Bree are my daughter, Paula's.
Yes, I was disappointed that they didn't take time to pose the kids better, but it works!

Sandy, I didn't think you were old enough to have that many or that age of grandchildren. They must be keeping you young girl!!! It doesn't matter if they are posed or not, it's a great picture with them being normal. Great looking bunch of grandchildren Sandy. You must be really proud of them.

What a wonderful family!!! It's so great that they can all be together. Pictures of that many grandchildren are a rarity these days with everyone living all over the country. You are very blessed!!! :)

Janet, I'll be 58 years old next month. I was 20 years old when my first daughter was born and she was 20 years old when her first (twins) were born.
Diana, Andrew and Brandon are twins, born at 26 weeks. Andrew weighed 2lbs 10oz and developed meningitis and stayed in the hospital until he was 7 months old (from birth). He has hydrosepholis and is in school, but has very little mental retention.
Brandon weighed 2lbs 6oz and seemed to be doing OK, with only minor lung development problems. He was still in NICU, but had been moved into a lesser care area. They were feeding him through a tube in his nose and he aspirated the formula into his lungs. A nurse found him not breathing and resusitated him. He had brain bleeds that left him with severe CP. We were told that he wouldn't live more than a couple years, but they were 17 in August.
I have cried many, many buckets of tears over those two, for sure!

You have a lovely family. They are such beautiful children, and it must have been wonderful for you to have them together.
Bless Andrew and Brandon's mother. You can see that all of her children are loved and cared for totally.

I'm sure that you have. Sometimes don't you just wish that God would explain why? I have many "whys" that I would like answered. I'm sure that in spite of their handicaps they are very special boys.
