I want to learn how to make cards so bad and get one of those cool machines. I'm so bad about sending cards even though I have the best intentions. I always plan to buy cards when I'm in town and then totally space it. Would be so much easier to be able to make them myself.

The Cricut is a really cool little machine but it's really not very cost effective, as far as just making cards. I have $200 just in the machine and that's not counting the cartridges that go in it. It came with two cartridges and I've several others that I've paid anywhere from $30-45 a piece for. I also use this in my scrapbooking pages (or I plan to!!)

The other day Glen wanted a stencil to spray paint some lettering on a piece of equipment and I was able to make it on the Cricut. Hmmm......I wonder if I could make it tax deductible as a farm expense? LOL
