I just can't believe we are going to get more snow. I don't want anymore. We finally got rid of all we have and then had flooding...now we are suppose to get 3 or more inches in the morning.
I guess I will be staying in and grooming the doggies. I should have done that last weekend, but I went to the dog show. So....I will be spending most of Saturday trimming and bathing them.
Now, who wants to go with me to put that darn ground hog in the ground forever? How dare he say we will have six more weeks of winter....I say.....shoot that varmit!!!!

I agree, shoot him now!!! :D
I'm sorry you will have more snow. I saw that on a national weather report and I immediately thought of you, Janet!
So Sorry!!!! Maybe it will melt quickly! (but no more floods!!!)

I totally agree with you Janet! We got some more snow overnight so I'll have to shovel when I get home from work today. I just shovelled a few days ago! It was getting nice and warming up a couple weeks ago, but that just resulted in freezing rain mixed with snow :( Our yard is still a couple of feet deep with snow. I am so ready for summer!

That's NOT fair!!!! I'm the one that wants snow!!! Our forecast is clear but we do have a hazardous weather advisory.......for fire!! We're so dry and windy that we've had fire warnings all winter! Shoot.......I wanted snow!!!

I know what you mean Janet, I am so sick of it to. Keit is so burnt out on working every weekend plowing snow or sanding for ice.
I am alittle worried about Kathy & her husband, they are already on the road to come get Eli, I hope they have a safe trip.
And i agree shoot the varmit!!!!

I'm sick and tired of this weather, all it does is rain snow, and storm here.

Well, it's obvious we are all wanting better weather. Now let's see what we get...lol
We're having the same weather as you are Janet, wind and all. My deck was almost clear of snow. Max and Annie were having a ball running around out there. When I let them out yesterday, his little feet were so hesitant. She ran right back inside.
I was out when the snow started. It was really hail, which is something I really haven't experienced before. It was interesting, but driving was bad.

I thought when I got up this morning that the ground would be covered, but the snow it just now starting. Don't think we're going to get as much as they thought, but this wind is already awful and it's suppose to pick up some. Glad I'm staying inside to bathe the dogs.

How much snow did you get today Janet?
I went outside this morning to shovel and chip all the packed-down snow off the front sidewalk (we live on a busy street so it's always walked on before we get a chance to shovel). I was wearing a light jacket and I was SWEATING! So when I took the garbage out to the dumpster in the back alley later this afternoon, I went out in just a t-shirt. It's up to -8 C (17.6 F). The sun was shining and it was gorgeous out there! Well, gorgeous for winter lol.

It's turned cold here, too. But of course not like there, and no snow. Right now, we'd take precipitation in any form just to get some moisture in the ground. I think we're turning into desert. The poor farmers and ranchers are suffering sooooo bad. No one living remembers anything this bad before that I've heard of. About 10 to 15 years ago, we had a summer when it rained every day, and we thought we were turning into a tropical rain forrest. The green looked much better than brown though.
Hope it doesn't get too bad, Janet. I'm with you, shoot the varment. LOL

We really didn't get much at all...just a good ground cover and enough to make the roads hazardous in spots. Temp this morning is 18 degrees and the wind is blowing of course so it feels much colder. But hey....Thursday it's suppose to be 52 degrees for the high...this crazy weather just can't make up it's mind what to do.
I hope you all get some rain soon Marilyn. Green is much better than brown and doesn't burn quite as easily.

We are suppose to get to 50-52 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday!!! I'm so looking forward to that. I hope just because it gets a little warmer that the rain will stay away. Seems like everytime the temps go up...the rain comes down. But hey....I'm trying as hard as I can to have a positive attitude (and the anti-depresants are helping...lol) so if it rains...it rains....at least it will be warmer. Just as long as we don't get anymore snow....I'll be satisfied.
