Sorry, Girls!! I've been so busy.....or at least it's felt like it. My husband has been making good on his promise to get a fence around the front yard. We've been working on it quite a bit since it's been raining and he can't get in the field. It is looking so nice!!! I really wasn't sure that I really wanted it but since it's mostly up I'm really excited!! I'm going to be making some new flower beds since our yard will be bigger so I still have a lot of work yet to do. I'm not sure when he'll get it finished since it's suppose to quit raining. I'll just have to be patient.
We went out to Wichita a couple of weeks ago and bought supplies for the fence and we were needing some more supplies and were going to go back out on Sunday afternoon but we had to go to a graduation on Saturday afternoon and were already dressed up and Glen and I just decided to go on out and spend the night. It was so nice. We're getting along so much better than we were. We just really have to work on our communication and not take each other for granted.
Besides getting stuff for the fence I was also able to spend the afternoon at the antique mall!!! I have a favorite out there that's so huge!! It's very picked over but still it's fun to find a treasure that nobody's noticed!!! I got a few things to go in my children's dish collection!
I've been trying to go to all of the kids' awards assemblies. I had two this morning and another one tomorrow but it's a long one so I think that I'll go to their talent day instead. It won't be so long especially since I'll have Karlie. She can only sit for so long! The kids are all out of school on Friday!! I'm so ready!!
Oh, and Reuger got a haircut!! He no longer looks like a yorkie!! He looks like a schnauzer!! It took me two days to get him cut because of interruptions and a storm!! He's so much cooler now and I know that he'll enjoy it more than the long hair.
Well, I better go.......I've got a ton of yard work yet to do!!!
