Seen the back Dr yesterday, he gave me 3 options #1 was continue with the shot's and hope they work, you are only allowed to have 3 shot's , i've already had 1 and didn't see much change so would only be able to get 2 more. 2nd option was surgery and i realize there is always the chance that may not work, 3rd coice is live with it and see if it repaires it self, i guess the nerve would just die off and i could still have problems with pain & numbness which i am having right now. I can't sit comfortably because of the pain in my leg kinda like a charlie horse all the time in my upper thigh, the hill of my foot gets numb, you know how it feels when your foot falls asleep, i can't stand on my tippy toes, and i lose my balance easily i guess just trying to protect my leg from the pain, and stretching is out of the question because it is so painful, and walking any distance is not a pretty site either. hubby gave me heck i am down to 93 lbs, i told him he has to remember how much energy i am useing just to get around, i do eat. I opted for the surgery i just want to be done with all of this, i have the surgery done this Monday, i am kind of nervous only kind of surgery i have ever had is a tubal years ago. I am glad i can get it done this early because i have a litter of pups due around the 6th of July and this will give me about a week to get back on my feet before the puppies come. Oh yeah it will be done as an out patient procedure so i will be home the same day if nothing goes wrong. Would apperciate any prayers you could send my way that all goes well....Thanks Lynne
