Halfway there!!!!

I had 3 men here from 1:30 to 2:30 today. They moved a lot of stuff down to my basement, moved some things around in the house, took my snow tires out of my car trunk, put stuff for Jessie into my car trunk, and brought a couple of things up from the basement, and did it all in an hour! It cost all of $35.00, and I tipped each guy $5 each.

Yahoo!!! I'm about halfway there now. I am going to email Marcia and Chris, my house cleaners. They are going to hang up whatever pictures and mirrors need hanging. I also need them to help me straighten out the pantry room.

I think that will take about 2 hours, and that is the end of the work that I have been needing to get done.

Then, I can really finish up decorating - the fun part. I feel great. I was waiting and waiting for my SIL. Now I took my power back and that's always a good thing.

Oh, I'm so glad that you went ahead and hired someone to come in and get things finished up!!!! I bet that you're feeling really good about it too!!! I can't wait to see what all you're doing!!!!!

glad to hear you are getting things done finally and it will all be done soon. Then you can enjoy decorating (which is always the hardest part for me). Hope they come back soon to finish...Lynne
