Didn't know if Tink was going to post this or not, but it's way too good not to!

Just in case you weren't feeling too old today.

The people who are starting college this fall were born in 1991.

They are too young to remember the space shuttle blowing up..

Their lifetime has always included AIDS.

The CD was introduced two years before they were born.

They have always had an answering machine.

They have always had cable...

Jay Leno has always been on the Tonight Show.

Popcorn has always been microwaved.

They never took a swim and thought about Jaws.

They don't know who Mork was or where he was from.

They never heard: 'Where's the Beef?', 'I'd walk a mile for a Camel ', or 'de plane Boss, de plane'.

McDonald's never came in Styrofoam containers.

They don't have a clue how to use a typewriter.

Pass this on to the other old fogies on your list.

Notice the larger type?

That's for those of us who have trouble reading.

P.S. Save the earth. It's the only planet with chocolate.

How funny!!!

Jaci was born in 1992, 10 years away from Dae Lynn, 15 years from Amy, and 17 1/2 years from Feyn, I can't tell you how many times we've reminised about a vacation or something that we've done, only to have her say "I wasn't born then!!" Poor girl!! She missed out on so much that we did!!!

I don't know what this had to do with this post but I guess I'm leaving it!!!

I remember watching the moon walk and Kennedy getting killed. Sometimes at work we will sit & talk about all of the old stores that have come & gone in our town. Good Lord we are getting old!!!

I've had younger people ask about the Vietnam War, and I'm like, wow, that's like me asking my parents about WWII. It seemed like ancient history to me as Vietnam does to young people. Scarey, huh??

Good Post, Janet!!

Just in case you weren't feeling too old today. I wasn't, but now I am!

The people who are starting college this fall were born in 1991. My twin g-sons were born in 1991!

They are too young to remember the space shuttle blowing up.. Andrew remembers the second one!

Popcorn has always been microwaved. My daughter recently demonstrated Jiffy Pop for them.

I love to reminise(?).

Well, I know I'm getting old. My skin is getting thin. This bulldog we're living with scratched my hand again yesterday with a tooth and made me bleed. Two more weeks and they have their own apartment. Yaaaaa!!
