Don't you just love a day off? I don't get to many of those. But here I am.
Cleaned closets, made homemade noodles so I can take to work and sell.
The weather here today was marvy. In the 70's and they are calling for snow on
Wednesday or Thursday. Can't wait for that. NOT. November is my fav month.
I normally take vacation around Turkey Day. Plus I get election day off and Veterans Day off. So I'm excited. Hunting season starts on November 18.

I'm glad it was a great day for you to be off. Wish school would have been closed. I had to "write-up" a senior girl today on the bus. I hate doing that!! I'm so not looking forward to snow. We heard on the weather it would be mixed with rain. I love the cooler temps, but no snow!!!! I like working for the school because they have Thanksgiving break, Fall break, Christmas break, Spring break, and then summer break!!!!

How's it going? Better I hope. Are the holidays any better any more? I hope so.
I remember at one time you didn't like them. This year will be a hard one on both hubby and I. Today it's been 2 years since my brother passed away.
Have a good week. Hope it goes well.

Last year the holidays were really good even though Dick was gone. We focused so much on Vivian, and wanted her to have a good holiday. So I guess it's true that when you focus on making things better for someone else, they become better for you too. I love life lessons...I just wish I would have learned a lot more earlier!:)
