Just wondering how your Weight Watchers journey was going. Are you still tackling it?

Yes, and the correct word is "tackling" it. I've only lost about 4 lbs altogether, so it's not coming off very fast. Little disappointing, that's why I haven't posted an update. I already drink a lot of water, so I'm thinking maybe that is why I'm not losing so fast these first few weeks. Most everyone else probably doesn't already drink a lot of water and when they start drinking alot and doing WW at the same time it comes off faster. Do you think that could be the reason?

I have to admit, it is a little harder than I thought, but I haven't cheated. I usually feel a little hungry, mostly of an evening, but don't eat anything after 7:00 PM. So I'll just keep plugging away...as least with WW I still get to eat what I like, just not as much. :(

You are doing a GREAT job!! Everyone loses weight differently and faster or slower than others. Don't sweat not losing but 4 pounds, turn it around to the positive - you are 4 pounds lighter:):) Do you add any lemon juice to your water? It is a natural diuretic and helps flush fluids along with the water. I put that in my water most of the time - I hate the taste of water (cause it has no taste) and this adds flavor so it makes me drink more water! Keep up the hard work, be proud of the little accomplishments cause in the end, they add up to the "big" loss:)

I'm not real big on lemon, but I don't have trouble drinking lots of water. It just sucks while driving the bus, ya know. As soon as I get to school, I have to have one of the teachers watch my kids so I can go potty. LOL it was really bad today when I got home, because it was raining and I thought I'd never get the key in the door....LOL

YAY, JANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an inspriation! I am so happy that you are still doing it. 4 lbs is great! Don't be disappointed. Rest assured that you will keep the weight off because you are doing it the RIGHT way! When I did WW, which was 4 years ago, I lost 10 lbs and have kept it all off until just recently. I have gained 5 lbs since I've been married. Ugh. But keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness Janet CONGRATS!!!! 4LBs is a lot... really, just find yourself 4lbs of butter and hold it up, or carry it in your hand for a while, it get's heavy... that's what you have lost, it's gone and no longer clings to your body :D  Fantastic job girl, well done!!! I'm proud of ya ;)
