Jaci has a friend, Jamie, that has a baby.......Well, today she needed a babysitter so I was more than willing. Alexis is 4 months old, just at the age where you talk to her and she just smiles and coos at you! She is such a doll!! She has such a beautiful olive complection and dark hair and she's just a tiny little girl!!! Jamie has spent so much time here that I'm considering myself Alexis's Grandmother!!! She's finally down for a nap but it was so hard to go and lay her down.......I just wanted to hold her!!!

Karlie gets here in a little while......we'll see how that goes!!!!

They are so cute at that age, I have a granddaughter named Alexis. That was very nice of you to keep her today. I love babies:) Karlie will probably want to hold her and play with her. Hopefully she doesn't have a problem with sharing her grandma. Mine have been jealous in the past of other children being with their Nana, but now they are older and don't seem to mind. Let us know how it goes:)

Jamie just came and picked up Alexis. She was so good!! She took a really good nap and I got her and Karlie down at the same time!! Karlie was way too much help!! Her Mama's going to have her hands full when her baby gets here!!!!! Jamie asked me to babysit tomorrow and Thursday but Jaci has the flu. Today she went over to Amy's but tomorrow Amy has Karlie so she'll be home. Jamie may end up making other plans for tomorrow and we'll have to see about Thursday.

Oh Diana, you've had a really busy day! Sorry Jaci is sick! Hope she is better soon. I figured Karlie would just love holding her and playing with her. At her age, she probably thought of Alexis as a doll baby. I'll bet you are ready for bed:)

She's feeling a little better today. Yesterday she looked so bad and I felt sorry for her. She'll be home tomorrow too because the school has a policy that they have to stay home for 24 hours after their sickness is gone. I think that it's a good plan. Hopefully she'll feel better and is ready to go back to school on Thursday. Thank goodness it's not the swine flu. We have some kids in the hospital from our church.

I'm glad she's feeling better too. Right now Ricky is in bed. After I got home from the bus route we went to town to pick up his dad's computer (it had a nasty virus) and he wanted me to drive home, said he was light-headed. When we got home he spent about 20 minutes in the restroom....sick. I hope it's just a 24 hour thing and not something worse. I really like the idea of the school making them stay home another 24 hours. So many go back too soon and spread the germs to others.

Jaci's feeling better but she'll have to miss school tomorrow because of having to wait 24 hours to make sure that she's no longer sick. I think that's a good idea with everything that's going around. My daughter, Dae Lynn, in the pharmacy, says that there's a lot of different things going around right now and a lot of them are BAD!!

Everyone make sure that you wash your hands.......several times a day!!!!!
