I can't believe you traded diamonds for a sweeper either. Diamonds are always on my Christmas list, though I forgot them when starting this thread. I used to want emeralds, but he got me an emerald and diamond ring 19 years ago, and I've realized that while stones of color are beautiful, diamonds go with everything!!!!!!

He did offer to get me a new wedding ring last year though, and I told him the original is just fine. I have 1/2 carat in white gold. It's not the biggest diamond, but it's a nice size, very good quality and I don't know what I would do with it if he got me another. If I take it out of the setting and do something else with it, then I don't have my original ring any more, and would hate to just put it away.

I have a few dimonds and yeah they are pretty...but what i LOVE are my strling silver fairy earings for $12.00!!!! I like weird stuff... dimonds are pretty comon!

I'm getting diamonds for Christmas! My wedding band has round diamonds all the way around it and I want another ring just like it to go on the OTHER side of my engagement ring...so I will have matching bands on either side of my engagement rings. I am pretty sure I'm getting it bc I gave my hubby a really nice (Movado) watch for Christmas (yea, I'm a sucker...I already gave it to him) and he needs to return the favor! :p :p :p
