My mom always subscribes to Taste of Home for me, and it's a great magazine. You can't read it without getting hungry!

Kimberley... I make the broccoli salad and it ROCKS, too! I don't add nuts, and I use mayo instead of Miracle Whip.

Oh find that recipe. I love stuff with peanut butter in it!!!

There's supposed to be a Taste of Home Cookbook out. I'd love to have one, but my hubby says that I can't buy any more cookbooks until I've cooked something out of each one that I have.:(

I don't even like to cook, but sometimes I get the urge to try something new. The magazine is where we got all our cookie recipes for the county fair. All except the Corn Flake Cookie. When my husband was in grade school they had them at school and his grandmother got the recipe from them and well, we have been making them ever since. They are so good.:)

I just sent my girlfriend an email so I'll post it as soon as I get it. I forget the details, I just remember how yummy it was!:p

Here it is, Janet....

1 box Regaular Graham Crackers
3 boxes My T-Fine Chocolate Pudding
Whole Milk (according to the pudding instructions on side of pudding box)
1 jar of Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter

Get an 8 x 11 pyrex or any baking dish.
Make Chocolate Pudding on stove being sure to stir constantly so it won't stick. When done remove from heat and place on the counter.
Place one layer of graham crackers on the bottom of dish being sure to spread a good amount of peanut butter on each cracker. (you will probably have to break a few of the graham cracker sheets into odd pieces to make sure the bottom is covered)
With large ladle or spoon put a layer of chocolate pudding on top of peanut butter/grahams ...cover each one.
Place another layer of grahams with peanut butter on top of pudding.
Another layer of chocolate pudding on top
If you have enough grahams and pudding to do another layer go right ahead. Just make sure your last layer is pudding.

Cover lightly with saran and place in the fridge for about 2 to 4 hours. Serve with Fresh Whipped Cream on each piece you serve
