My daughter really surprised me with that one but I think that Kera actually picked the meal. It just happened to be my favorite too.

I don't actually fry my chicken any more. I bake it using a Bisquick recipe as the coating and it tastes a lot like fried. I like to think that it helps to make it less fattening! Then I scrape the crumbs from the pan and use it to make the gravy. Yummm!

Soooo happy you had such a special day!!!!!! Homemade fried chicken is awesome!!!!!! So nice to treated so special. You are truly blessed!!
