For me it would have to be looks, because since all the operations I have put on some pounds and I would really like to be able to take them off again. Not only is it healthier, but I will feel better about myself too.

i put looks too, because i still haven't accepted the body changes aging has brought on....too much in one spot and not enough in another. but everything else i would'nt change!
