I haven't gotten on Facebook yet. My company left a while ago and I'm too tired to deal with it right now. I'll get on next week sometime.

I'm on face book too! I really don't know how to use it either...My girls come over and help me with it!!

I'm pretty sure you can't catch a virus from applications. I usually ignore most of them anyway! It gets very cluttered after awhile, and you keep getting notifications from applications that you don't even remember :)
Oh, and it doesn't HAVE to be open to everyone. If you have any personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, anything like that, turn your privacy settings higher. If you click on Settings at the top right beside the search area on the right, it gives you the option for Privacy Settings. Most of mine is set to "Only Friends" so that random people can't find my information, just people I have accepted to be on my friends list.

That is what I set mine to also....better to be safe than sorry.

I have to go on to Facebook and find you guys. Some of you found me already.
I like Facebook. It's a lot of fun. I've come across some old friends fro high school, from the bungalow colony I used t go to, from my junior high school, and have made some new friends.

I posted a while ago how I reconnected with my cousins, so I really think it's a good thing. It is confusing. I don't allow any requests through. It's too confusing! It takes a lot of time too, and then I can't get on here. There are also some things I totally ignore because I just don't know what they are.

The 25 random things is going around. I'll do it one of these days.

I get so many emails from everywhere on this earth, selling everything, wanting to give me money, etc, since I joined Face Book. I have my setting as private. I am only in contact with my friends and family.

You have it set to private and you're still getting spam emails? I may not like this....
