Thanks so much, Gayle. I really appreciate your advice. Like you said....I'm learning. I just need to pay more attention to the signs when they first start and eat regularly.

I already take half of 5 mg. so I think that I'll just not take it at all when I go out and see what happens.

I think that's a good idea, Diana! After the first time "out" without taking the 5mg, check your blood sugar when you get home and see what it is. If it is too high, then you may have to eat more "carefully" while out - focus on lean protein and complex carbs (vegetables). If you eat very carefully while out, and it is still high when you get home (although I don't think it will be), then you'll know you need to take the 5 mg, but you will need to eat very regularly while out and you'll need to carry candy as a backup.

That's me, Gayle. I have found out that I do so much better without carbs. My blood sugar drops like a rock if I eat many carbs or much sugar. I carry peanut m&m's so that I get the sugar and protein together. I have learned to identify that feeling and catch it quick..if I don't, I'm done for because mine goes SO low.

My ex-husband had that problem and my daughter (his daughter) has the problem also. It is very maddening!!! Hooray for peanut m&m's!

The woman who did all my spa treatments today also went to the show last night but was disappointed with it. I guess it's just different humor!

I saw Isolated Incident on Comedy Central. He was much more serious than usual, talking about his parents' deaths and all. I loved the show. I can't wait for his next show.

A lot of people do not like Dane Cook, and from what I have seen, a lot of comedians dislike him. I think they are jealoius! Whatever...anyway, I am glad you enjoyed the show.

Have you heard Brian Regan? He is so funny. He isx also 100% clean humor, which is unusual, but is so funny. I LOVE stand up!

I have not heard of him. I will watch the video when I'm home from work!

Dane Cook's whole encore (lol I didn't know comedians did encores) was about his parents and the email he got from someone who hated him. It was pretty serious but funny when he said what he wrote back two years later!

My favorite thing I've heard from Dane Cook is the car alarm :D Makes me laugh every time!
