Thanks so much guys. It amazes me how caring people are. Before this I think I focused on the bad things you here and think how can people be so awful. My situation now has shown me how many good people there are and how much they care for others. You have all been great here and I love you.

What I did was to add a tab to my internet window that launches the candle website every time my internet starts up. That reminds me often to light another candle.

Thanks Janc. I have my next treatment Jan. 2 but it will not be nearly as strong as the 4 I have already had. Should not make me nearly as sick.

I will still be keeping an eye on my candle for you Debbie until we can say "it's completely gone" and it will be.

I just wanted to let everyone know that mom says her new chemo is "a breeze" compared to the other ones. She seems to be doing great with the new combination. She was only nauseous for about an hour and a half. She's in really high spirits. I'm sure you thoughts and prayers have a lot to do with that. :)

Only problem I am having is steroids are not letting me sleep well. I guess that's why I am here at 4 A.M. I have been awake since 2:30. I can't adjust times much because I take 2 twice a day. Doctor says when I come off them I will probably crash big time. Other people say I will be very grouchy-Not too unusual for me anyway!!!.
Hopefully I will just sleep so my kids won't have to put up with me being mean.

I can't imagine you being mean. And if you are, we will know it's the drugs and not you talking. ;)

What a sweet thing to say! The grouchiness won't last too long.

I went off the steroids Saturday morning. Not too grouchy yet--just a little tired.

It's so good to hear that the treatments are easier for you!

Steroids are difficult, but you're almost done. HURRAY!

Aww, thanks Janet! Your candles worked. I see all three. I'm going to light one myself now. I don't know if Mom will be feeling up to being on the computer, but I'll at least tell her how sweet everyone is being and that she has candles again! :)
